Terms and Conditions

Bookings are refundable with 30 days or more notice in writing to us at clare@createvents.co.uk. If your cancellation is with less than 30 days notice a 50% refund will be offered, less than 14 days no refund will be offered. These terms are in-line with venue costings with catering and other fees paid in advance. Any changes to the above terms are at the discretion of the organiser, Max Publishing. By booking tickets or tables you are responsible for the dietary and accessibility requirements as below for yourself and any of your party, and have read our Code of Conduct.
